Alot of thing is not becoz u cant do it, is becoz u duwan to do it/u dun hav confident to do it. Mentality is very important in everything u do.
2day i just found out another part of myself. When I started playing frisbee, I injured my right leg muscles, 3 different parts of muscles n also my left leg old injuries. I can actually continue but I din due to my mentality. I think I cant play anymore n also becoz I was so overprotect my legs.
Another thing was about when I was in the game. I can actually run very fast, catch nicely n play well. Just that my mentality are trying to protect my legs so I din run fast. About catching the disc, I dun really have the full boost to catch it. So usually I missed alot. About throwing disc, I din really throw 2day but then I still hav no confident in throwing 'hammer'.
Where in the world to get a patient coach whom wont give up on u if u r a slow learner? I duno!
